Located in the south of Marrakech, just minutes from the bustling medina, the Park Hyatt Marrakech is a haven of peace. On arrival, guests are greeted by majestic views of the Atlas Mountains, providing an impressive entrance to this new five-star hotel. Combining modern design with Moroccan touches, the hotel boasts an elegant and intimate atmosphere, ideal for travellers looking for an exceptional stay.
Impressive architecture
The architecture of the Park Hyatt Marrakech is striking for its generous volumes and clean lines, incorporating local materials and artistic works created in collaboration with Moroccan craftsmen and artists. Every detail, from the soothing colours to the meticulous designs, has been thought out to create a timeless and unique setting.
The layout of the hotel is harmonious, with every service close by without compromising the privacy of the spaces. The patio and the entrances to the rooms, inspired by traditional riads, add an authentic Moroccan touch. This attention to detail extends to all the hotel’s rooms and suites, guaranteeing a luxurious experience and absolute comfort.
During our stay, we tested the sumptuous King Room, which offers a spacious bathroom equipped with an island bathtub in addition to the Italian shower and Japanese toilet for ultimate comfort. The lighting system detects movement to subtly illuminate the room at night, and the bedding stands out to ensure maximum rest.
An unrivalled kids club
For families, the Park Hyatt Marrakech offers a comprehensive kids club made up of several areas offering children a multitude of fun and educational activities. With its mini water park, a room equipped with trampolines and a climbing wall, as well as a nursery for the very youngest, the club is designed to entertain all children, whatever their age. A creative workshop allows children to discover artistic activities, while indoor and outdoor games offer moments of sharing and conviviality. Supervised by caring professionals, each area is decorated with care, offering a welcoming setting in a fun environment.
Golf lovers will also appreciate the 18-hole course on the Al Maaden estate, reputed to be one of the most prestigious in the region. The Park Hyatt Marrakech is also home to a luxurious spa, gyms and a fitness studio offering state-of-the-art equipment. These facilities allow guests to relax or maintain their wellness routine.
Refined gastronomy: between local flavours and international inspiration
The two restaurants at the Park Hyatt Marrakech delight the taste buds with a varied cuisine combining Moroccan specialities and international dishes. We also tried out the TFAYA restaurant, an Arabian brasserie where we enjoyed delicious cuisine. Breakfast is a royal feast, consisting of a full buffet with an à la carte selection, including fresh fruit juices and high quality sweet and savoury options, there really is something for everyone.
Moroccan service and hospitality
The staff at the Park Hyatt Marrakech offer impeccable service, combining professionalism with personalised attention. On arrival, guests are greeted with a delicious cocktail, and every detail is designed to make visitors feel pampered and perfectly at ease.
In conclusion
The Park Hyatt Marrakech is a haven of luxury, calm and beauty, combining modern elegance with authentic Moroccan touches. Its meticulous architecture, natural surroundings and quality of service make it an ideal address for travellers looking for an unforgettable experience, combining refinement and serenity at the gateway to Marrakech. I would recommend it to all families wishing to discover Marrakech in a peaceful setting!
